Every person’s fitness journey is unique.  The Front Foot Forward philosophy of ownership transposes into the realm of health and fitness perfectly, and we are able to help our clients set and achieve goals that are relevant specifically to them.

By working one-on-one with our fitness coaches, you are able to set realistic goals and work to achieving them.  Our focus is on continued improvement and an understanding of the basic fundamentals of fitness.  We encourage our clients to make informed choices about both their nutrition and exercise programs, and emphasise the Front Foot Forward approach of ownership and self-awareness.  We are human, and human’s don’t always make perfect choices.  Ownership in action means we recognise that some of our choices may not be serving our highest good, and we make conscious decisions to improve and move forward.
